Do you really expect my board, committees and partners to learn how to use new software?

No! Most will use Cureo without even realizing it. Cureo allows your non-staff members to participate without having to change their habits. They can either interact directly from their email inbox or via your own website.

Is my data safe, secure and backed up?

Does Cureo work on mobile?

Yes, Cureo is formatted to work seamlessly on mobile, and all of your devices.

Does a Cureo account include free customer support?

Yes, Cureo offers free customer support to any and all users. Live phone / email / and in-app chat service hours are M—F 8 am - 5 pm EST. Support requests made after hours or on weekends are responded to within one business day.

How does Cureo strengthen my brand and mission awareness?

Cureo is purpose-built to drive all interactions into your brand and mission by way of your website. Our special website widgets work with your existing website in combination with branded emails, document shares, and publications generated through Cureo to highlight and increase interaction with your brand and mission.

Can I replace Constant Contact or MailChimp?

Does Cureo work with my existing web-based calendar?

Yes. Calendar events initiated inside Cureo will integrate with your and all attendees’ calendars, whether they use Google, Outlook, Apple, or Lotus Notes.

Does Cureo work well with Dropbox / Google Drive / OneDrive?

Yes. You can import or link directly to any of these systems or file types. In some cases, you may choose to discontinue using one or more of these in favor of Cureo’s capabilities. Meanwhile, you will be able to organize and share files within Cureo in a more organized way than you can with these spot solutions.

Do I need to invest in a new website in order to leverage Cureo?

No! Your existing website will work just fine. We have yet to encounter a website platform that does not work with our widgets.
