U.S. based, Cureo was founded by a team of highly experienced software entrepreneurs who have worked separately and together for more than a decade in launching a number of successful Internet software products.

Andrew Vaeth, CEO, co-founded Cureo and is responsible for its operations, adaptation of the methodology for the online platform, quality assurance and total quality management of company processes. He is a respected pioneer in web services and on-demand technologies, and has guided his organizations to market success with multiple world-class workforce software solutions. Prior to his role at Cureo, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ExpenseWire, which achieved significant recognition as a high growth, emerging leader in the expense management software space before it was purchased in a positive transaction in 2008. He is a graduate of Indiana University (Bloomington).

John Veney CPA, VP of Operations, together with Mr. Vaeth co-founded ExpenseWire and has been working with Cureo from the beginning. A 20-year veteran as a manager and executive in the software space, Mr. Veney is responsible for the technology infrastructure, accounting, finance, HR, legal and facilities. Prior to launching ExpenseWire, he was Director of Technology for Columbus-based Invata Software which achieved a positive M&A outcome in 2001. Mr. Veney received his BS in Accounting from the University of Akron.

Theodore Frank, Chairman, is an experienced venture capitalist and entrepreneur who co-founded Cureo to help businesses interact, follow, get introduced, and securely share strategic information with the capital markets and each other. He is currently Chief Operating Officer of Sparkbase, serves on the boards of Citizen Groove, PRC Medical, and CoverMyMeds, served as a Venture Partner with JumpStart, Inc., and has spent more than 15 years as an operator of best-in-class, venture-backed technology companies. Mr. Frank also spent more than seven years in various technology and sales roles in the financial services field. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Strategy from Case Western Reserve University.
